- ITIL 4 still has a modular approach and is made up of levels based on different aspects of ITIL best practice
- The Practitioner, Intermediate (ITIL® Service Lifecycle and ITIL® Service Capability) and ITIL® Managing Across Lifecycle levels have been replaced by new simplified modules.
- the ITIL Expert level no longer exists
ITIL 4 Foundation has been available since February 28, 2019, the other itil-4-foundation dumps modules will be available from the second half of 2019.
